Overview
iCareManager’s Case Management Suite provides a comprehensive integrated solution for managing case management & person-centered planning activities, with built-in mechanisms to improve compliance and quality of services.
Dashboard
iCareManager’s Dashboard is where users first land when they login to iCareManager. Users can return to the Dashboard at any time by clicking on the Home icon on the left navigation bar. The dashboard shows meters to keep an eye on progress and compliance in key areas, such as Person-Centered Planning, Incidents, and My Work tasks. Below the meters you will find tiles for each module, which are controlled through permissions. Modules are available on the Dashboard for a global view, and in the eChart to see only a particular person’s records.
