Medical Assistance (MA) Status Verification

Part of Case Management Standalone Suite

The Medical Assistance (MA) Status Verification module is used to verify a person’s Medical Assistance Status periodically. The Case Manager checks the status in an online system and uploads evidence into iCM, while also entering the current MA status, effective date, redetermination date, and when the MA is due to renew. 

Here's How:

  1. Login
  2. From the eChart, the Case Manager can click on MA Status Verification.
  3. Click the green Add New button.
  4. Fill out the necessary information, such as the MA status, MA Status Verification Date, upload supporting document.
  5. Enter key dates, such as the effective date, application date, renewal date, and redetermination date.
  6. Click Save.
