Progress Note (Case Management Suite)

The Progress Note is used to document case manager progress with a person supported. This is a great documentation option for notes that may not be an “Activity Note” but should be documented. It captures the type of contact and purpose of the activity.
Here's How:
- Login
- Go to the individual’s eChart or the Dashboard.
- Click on the Progress Note button.
- Click the green Add Note button at the top right.
- Fill out the form on the screen to include activity type. Progress date, start and end time, contact type, whether the progress note is billable, purpose of activity, and status.
- Click the green Save button at the top right.
7. Click Print to print the Progress Note.
