Progress Note (Case Management Suite)

The Progress Note is used to document case manager progress with a person supported. This is a great documentation option for notes that may not be an “Activity Note” but should be documented. It captures the type of contact and purpose of the activity.

Here's How:

  1. Login
  2. Go to the individual’s eChart or the Dashboard.
  3. Click on the Progress Note button.
  4. Click the green Add Note button at the top right. 
  5. Fill out the form on the screen to include activity type. Progress date, start and end time, contact type, whether the progress note is billable, purpose of activity, and status. 
  6. Click the green Save button at the top right. 

7. Click Print to print the Progress Note.
