Visit Summary

Part of Case Management Standalone Suite

The Visit Summary module allows the Case Manager to complete a comprehensive summary of their visit with a person. The module tracks visit location, purpose, people present, what’s working, what’s not, as well as any immediate action needed (health & safety concerns), an overall visit summary, and next steps.

Here's How:

  1. Login
  2. Click on Visit Summary from either the Dashboard or a person's eChart.
  3. Click the green Add Summary Form button at the top right.
  4. Fill in each field in the form with information about the visit.
  5. Optional. In the Follow Up Action section, you can click the blue Add button to assign a task to any user including yourself with a due date. This task will appear in the assigned staff's My Work.
  6. In the Signature section, click the orange Pull My Signatures button to pull your esignature from your staff profile, or simple click the blue Sign Document button to add your signature.
