Appointment Module Overview

iCareManager's Doctor Appointments module can help you keep track of doctors appointments for people you support.

The entire appointment cycle is tracked in iCM, including but not limited to:

Recommendation that an appointment is needed
Scheduling of the appointment.
Print a Medical Appointment Record and/or Physician Medication Order Form (PMOF).
Completion of the appointment or track cancellation/reschedule reason.
Upload the appointment documents (PMOF, Medical Appointment Record)
Schedule the next appointment

You can also run reports to see where you are with appointments, such as what appointments are pending/completed.
