How to see Medical Appointment History?

You may need to view a history of medical appointments for people you support. Once appointments are completed in iCM they move into the person's appointment history.

Here's how to see medical appointment history:

  1. Go to the person's eChart -> Doctor Appointments.
  2. You can view appointment history by clicking on the History tab.
