Release Notes 6/7/2024 - 6/21/2024
We are pleased and excited to announce these New Features and Enhancements with iCM.
New Features
Behavioral Support Plans - Multiple Current BSPs
- Customers can now create BSPs that are program specific. This feature can be toggled on in iCM-Settings->BSP Settings.
- Currently defaulted to off, when toggled on customers will find the ability to create multiple current Behavior Plans that can be single or multiple Program specific.
- As each BSP will have it's own ID, Training requirements will also function for each specific BSP.
- Depending on the customer's choice for single or multiple BSPs, the BSP Review will only provided the Programs data for which the BSP was created.
- Staff implementing draft BSPs that do not contain all the previous Programs of the current BSP, will find a pop over warning explaining this difference and what effects continued direction will bring.
- It will be imperative to have a full understanding of this new feature, determine the best course of action moving forward for your organization and if enacted, training those staff that are creating the BSPs to move forward effectively. Attendance
- Attendance Calendars that are split due to the expiring and new Funding Stream Limits now display FLS for Funding Limit Split. This replaces the previously used abbreviation of PS for Pending Start and DC for Discontinued. PS and DC will continue to be used when Funding Streams are starting and ending.
- The Attendance Filter has received some revisions to help customers identify all statuses or that lack there of. Additional information on how the filter responds can be found here.
Enhancements
eMAR - Drug Bank Data
- Located in Admin Tools->eMAR Settings, customers can enable the Drug Bank Data which includes Product Details, Pill and Package images, Monograph etc. This is only available for customers with integrated pharmacies and when toggled on will display in line with the medication. Enabling this feature provides staff with additional directly accessible information regarding the Individual's medications. Here is a link for more information.
Appointments
- This release introduces a new sorting functionality for appointments. Users can now sort appointments in both ascending and descending order based on their appointment dates. This feature provides greater flexibility and improves the ease of managing and viewing appointment schedules.
- This release enhances the appointment creation process by ensuring that any comments added while creating an appointment are now displayed in the PMOF document. These comments are organized in the designated section for comments, new findings, recommendations, and more. This improvement allows for better documentation and communication of pertinent information, making it easier for users to track and review appointment details.
- This update introduces a new permission setting for system administrators to control the "Hide from eMAR / Show on eMAR" option in the PMOF and Appointment module. Located in Permissions->Individuals, Administrators can now manage who has the ability to modify the visibility of the PMOF on the eMAR, providing greater control and security over medication administration records.
- "Show on eMAR" displays the PMOF directly on the eMAR screen and enables staff to view both at the same time while administering the medication. This function increases the review process of the "3 way check", ensuring the eMAR, PMOF and medication all match.
Fleet Management
- Staff entering their personal mileage in the Transportation log now find the ability to upload images. Examples of images may be tolls, receipts for parking and or other expenses. These images will also appear on Printed and pdf generated documents. This feature improves the flow of expense evidence and streamlines document retention.
Driver tab
- The Staff Profile->Driver's tab now has additional permission security. These Permissions are located in Permissions->Staff Profile. Customers can now choose from the following options for access to the Driver Tab.
- All - Defaults to No Access
- Self - Defaults to Yes
- Supervisor- Defaults to No Access
- Direct Supports. - Defaults to No Access
- Additional permissions for the Fuel PIN also include the same options. These Permissions are located in Permissions->Driver

- Direct Supports.
- System Administrators should review each Role and make adjustments accordingly.
CareTracker Reports
- When generating and then Printing the Monthly Report in CareTracker, customers will now find a header appearing on each page with the Individuals Name, DOB, Medicaid Number and PCP Date.
Label Management- Services
- Located in iCM-Settings->Label Management, customers will find the option to customize the term, Protocol. This change will be reflected through iCM including Services, CareTracker, Reviews and the PIP. Label Management is an excellent resource for customers to ensure that the most appropriate terms are in use to maximize communication and understanding throughout iCM.
My Work
- In this release, we have updated the My Work section to enhance the user experience. My Work tasks now displays the time only if it has been set, otherwise, only the date will be shown.
Permissions
- In this release, we have enhanced the permissions of Seizure Log and the Menstrual Log with the options of No Access, Read Only, and Full Access. Adjustments can be made in Permissions->Monitors & Baselines.
Mobile App
- iCM often updates the Mobile App. Sometimes as much as twice a week. Best practice would have mobile devices set to auto update so these revisions are automatically installed. Staff may experience issues when new versions of the Mobile App are released but the device is not updating. If the above enhancements are for modules that exist on the Mobile App, please wait a few days until they are published and available.
