Attendance Status Filters - What they do and how to use them
Attendance Status
One of the filters available in the attendance module is the Status Filter. This enables the user to search attendance records that are in various stages of completion and review. The following article will explain how each filter functions.
Marked as Done
- iCM will display any Calendar in which one or more records have been Marked Done.
Marked as Reviewed
- iCM will display any Calendar in which one or more records have been Marked Reviewed.
Marked as Approved
- iCM will display any Calendar in which one or more records have been Marked Approved.
Marked as Billed
- iCM will display any Calendar in which one or more records have been Marked Billed.
Not Marked as Done
- iCM will display any Calendar in which one or more records has been entered and not Marked Done.
Not Marked as Reviewed
- iCM will display any Calendar in which one or more records have been Marked Done but not Marked Reviewed.
Not Marked as Approved
- iCM will display any Calendar in which one or more records have been Marked Reviewed but not Marked Approved.
Not Marked as Billed
- iCM will display any Calendar in which one or more records have been Marked Approved but not Marked Billed.
Incomplete Attendance (Not Recommended)
- This filter is an older feature that is no longer recommended as it requires customers to use settings that are no longer best practices.
- in iCM-Settings->Attendance Settings, customer must the option of Approve Attendance Daily turned off
- in Manage Funding Streams, the Funding Stream must have Marked Attendance Daily set to Yes
- iCM will display any Calendar in which no attendance data is present.
