Logging the Regulatory Agency's Response

• When a response is received, select the View tab where you can choose the POC Rejected or POC Accepted and add the corresponding information.

• Rejected POCs will reflect the Rejected Response and the POC status will change to Reopened.  Customers can return to the POC via the View tab and make updates etc to the POC and submit again as required.  This pattern will continue until the POC Accepted tab is selected.
• Accepted POCs will reflect the Accepted Response and the POC status will change to Closed.
