POC Permissions and Settings

POC Permissions

• System Admins will want to start the use of the POC Module by setting the required permissions.  Permissions exist in 2 locations.  The first is for the POC Template feature and that permission is located in Admin Tools.  The second is a set of permissions that control all the various features inside the POC module itself.  These permissions have their own Feature area:

POC Settings

• Located in Admin Tools-->iCM-Settings-->POC Settings, the number of days can be set in which the POC is required for submission.  This setting will help track POCs and in the future customers will be able to set Alerts to notify the customer that POCs are about to expire or are overdue.
