Plan of Correction

iCM has released it's new Plan of Correction Module. This module provides customers with the ability to document the receipt of a Regulatory Agency's Statement of Deficiencies and the building and tracking of a corresponding POC. The POC module has permissions, settings and links to Document Management and MyWork Tasks. Future enhancements will cover basic and advanced reporting and WorkFlow Manager alerts to track the status of the POCs. All permission settings are defaulted to Off. Advanced Personal and Agency Vehicle Trip documentation

Customers can now toggle on setting in iCM-Settings-->Mileage Settings which will require the recording of each Individual's trip in relation to transportation mileage recording. Customers can toggle on the requirements of Starting and Ending Location, Program and Funding Stream. Default for these additional feature are currenty set to Off. Additional information on these settings can be found here. The setting take effect in both the Fleet and Personal Mileage documentation.

External System Integration messaging

Paylocity messaging logs are now available in iCM-Settings-->External System Integrations-->View Logs

Driver Violations

As some staff may be acting in the driver capacity for location to which they are not assigned, adding Driver Violations to the Staff's Driver tab now includes the ability to select any location in the organizational hierarchy.

Discharge/Transfer Summary

iCM has redesigned the Discharge and Transfer Summaries. Customers can now create custom Discharge/Transfer Reasons as well as reduce the current fields or capture more information for a better user experience.
Configuration of the Reasons and other fields are managed in Admin Tools--> iCM-Settings-->Discharge Individual, and a permission in Admin Tools controls the access to that tab.
Customers will also be able to attach documents and eSignatures.
iCM will be retiring the old Discharge Summary version in the future however Discharges using that version will always be available.

Workflow Manager

Customers can now set a Workflow Manager alert to notify staff when Individuals are transferred between programs/sites in the organization.
A Workflow Manager alert is also available to notify staff when a new Individual Document has been uploaded.

Assets Summary Report

iCM Reports now includes the Assets Summary Report where customers can generate a listing of all their Agency recorded property. Filters for the hierarchy, Dates and Costs are included. The default permission is No Access.

ABC Data Form

To add additional confidentially, the iCM-Settings-->ABC Settings area now allow the customer to configure the appearance of other Individual's initials in the ABC Data form when multiple Individuals are involved in an event. For more information on the ABC Data Form, click here: ABC Data Form

Incident Reporting - Medication Errors

Now in Admin Tools - > iCM Settings -> Incident Report Settings, customers can configure whether the staff must enter the medication name and dosage for any Med Error incident. The setting is called Medication & Dosage Required for Medication Errors.

Improvements

When printing the SIP, customer now have the option to include or exclude the Services
iCM's Mobile App->My Work will include the filters for Tomorrow, Next 30 Days, Next 60 days
The Immunization Record now includes the ability to capture the refusal or administration of the Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) vaccine.
In the Staff Listing, customers will now find the ability to filter Staff by additional criteria including Staff that are locked out and Staff that have never logged in. iCM has also changed the term that do not have access to iCM to No Credentials.
Customers using the Staff Credentials option will now find those credentials appearing on the Service Note. Staff Credentials can be configured from iCM-Settings->Staff Settings.
