Release Notes 7/4/2024 -7/18/2024
We are pleased and excited to announce these New Features and Enhancements with iCM.
New Features
Multiple Billing Platforms
- iCM now offers the option for customers to access and use multiple billing platforms. In order to provide this functionality the following areas have been updated.
- Billing View -> Customers will now find the ability to select multiple choices for Billing Platforms: LTSS, 837p and the 837i. Platforms selected here will produce a dedicated Billing View tile on the dashboard, dedicated Reports and increased options in the Manage Funding Stream module.
- The Manage Funding Stream module display and functionality has received several upgrades and customers will now find a new tab for Attendance Rules as well as a change to the FS Details tab. The FS Details tab will now display the Billing Provider types selected from the Billing View as well as a Billable checkbox \(see below!\). The Attendance Rules tab will display only those fields that are available with the Billing Platform Selected.
- Rest assured, if you already had your Billing View enabled, no changes will be needed to continue billing.
- More information to use multiple billing platforms can be found here.
Non Billable Funding Streams
- In Mange Funding Streams, customers now have a setting that will prevent the attendance data from that funding stream from appearing in the Billing View. This option is found in the Funding Stream Details tab.
- Leaving the Billable tab unchecked will enable this feature.
- Either way, the attendance data will continue to populate to the Billing View Report as long as the units have been Marked Done, Reviewed and Approved.
- This feature will be very handy for customers that provide services that cannot be billed in their state's billing platform. Consider using this feature for Personal Supports, Private Pay, Division of Rehabilitation Services and others. As this data can be populated to the Billing View Report, these funding stream's data can be downloaded into Excel, attached to invoices and billed to the responsible party.
Incident Report Setting: customize Agency Notification List
- In the Incident Report module customers can now maintain their own Agency Notification listings available for Staff. Located in iCM-Settings->Incident Report Settings, customers will notice the new tab, Notification List, displaying the currently terms. Customers may Add/Edit/Delete the current listing.
- Edit = changes the name of the Agency Notification for all past and future uses. Think of this as a label change.
- Delete = Removes the Agency Contact information for future use. Any previous use will still display the Agency Contact and the deleted term will no longer be available in the drop down moving forward.
- This enhancements enables customers to better align their specific Agencies and contact that may require notification.
ABC: Custom Term for Incident
- Located in iCM-Settings->Label Management, customers can now customize the term for "Incident" in the ABC Module.
POC: Label customization
- Located in iCM-Settings->Label Management, customers can now customize the name of the Plan of Correction Module and many terms used within the module.
- This enhancements enables customers to better align their specific terms for any citation and response process.
Enhancements
Discharged Individual Report
- The Report now includes expanded filters to help target a listing for All, Discharged or Deceased.
Mobile App
- iCM often updates the Mobile App. Sometimes as much as twice a week. Best practice would have mobile devices set to auto update so these revisions are automatically installed. Staff may experience issues when new versions of the Mobile App are released but the device is not updating. If the above enhancements are for modules that exist on the Mobile App, please note that is may be a few days until they are published and available.
