Release Notes 4/10/2024 - 4/25/2024

We are pleased and excited to announce these New Features and Enhances with iCM.

New Features

Announcements

  • iCM presents a brand new Announcement module that now includes the ability to run multiple announcements with schedules, create display styles, require staff acknowledgment, preview the pending announcement, and more.  For more detailed information, please use this link to the help article.

Services

  • iCM now provides the customer with the ability to view any old schedules that were in place for a Service.  Directly underneath the current Schedule of the service, customers may find an "Old Schedules" hyperlink.  When selected, any discontinued schedules that were previously attached to that Service will be shown.
  • For schedules that have naturally expired, customers will find a listing that "No Active Schedule Exists" and the hyperlink to any Old Schedules.

Enhancements

Alert Manager
  • The alert for Missing Attendance has been enhanced.  The alert now ensures that only the missing attendance related to the Individual at that specific location selected will be provided. 
CareTracker - Future Service time entry
  • In this release, the warning popup now appears within the CareTracker charting popup. Staff with permission and entering Service time in the future will automatically encounter the check-box for an alert.  This only functions if the future time is greater than 10 minutes from the current time.  The alert will be sent with the current time reaches the Service time entered.
CareTracker - Mobile
  • The Mobile app now includes the same layout as the web app with regards to allowing staff to chart the service in the future based on the permissions.
  • When the mobile user with permission enters the Service time in the future a check-box for the Alert will be available. This only functions if the future time is greater than 10 minutes from the current time.  The alert will be sent with the current time reaches the Service time entered.

Incident Report Module

  • The Incident Report Logs are now enhanced and customers can view the version when the Incident Report is Updated.  This feature is available for the  Incident Report module used in Maryland and many other states.  This feature may not be available for all customers.
My Work
  • Now includes new filters and layout.  The current options for "Today" and "Pick Time Frame" are now incorporated into a dropdown and now include options for Custom (date range) and Filter by Start Date. 
POC
  • Regulatory visits can now be entered in the Plan of Correction (POC) module before the status designation of a POC or NOC is known.  This enables customers to track visits, compile information, and have better oversight for follow-up for these events.  
  • The POC Component area character limits are now increased to 5000 characters to provide additional room for customers to record their POC response for each reference.
Distance Log (Fleet and Personal)
  • Customers can now provide the option for a Staff to enter their signature for transportation when entering mileage.  Located in iCM-Settings->Transportation Settings.  Signature availability will appear in both the Fleet Management side and the Transportation Log (Personal Mileage).  If Individuals were transported and the Service Note is set to show Transportation Services, captured signatures will also appear on the Service Note.
Fleet Accident/Incident Status
  • Customers now have the ability to assign a Status to Accidents/Incidents in Fleet Management.  As this is an enhancement, all current Accident/Incident will default to Open.  Other status options will be Under Review and Closed.  The main screen includes a Status filter. 
  •  Permissions govern this function and are located in Permissions->Fleet Management.  As this is a new feature the permissions are defaulted to No.
