Mobile App - Mileage

Welcome to the new Mileage-Log on the iCM Mobile App.  The Mileage-Log allows staff to record mileage in real time for both their Personal and Agency Vehicles.  

•         Selecting the Mileage-Log then prompts the staff to select if they are driving an Agency or their Personal vehicle for business.

Agency Vehicle Mileage

• Selecting the Agency Mileage Log brings up a new screen where staff can use the Add Mileage tab to add mileage to the current vehicle, select the vehicle list to choose a different vehicle or use the QR code symbol.

Here is an example of a Vehicle QR Code Badge that can be created in the Fleet Management module.  Click here for more information on how to create your QR Codes.

• Staff then add the mileage, can list Individuals that were on the vehicle during transport and indicate if the pre-trip inspection was completed.  Staff also have the option of using Optical Character Recognition (OCR) by using their smartphone camera to capture the mileage.

• When the trip is over, staff can return to the log and update the log with any needed changes and the ending mileage.  Mileage recorded on the Mobile app will appear in iCM's web app.

Personal Vehicle Mileage

• As Personal Mileage is specific to each staff there is no need to select the vehicle.  All recording will appear in the Staff's Mileage Log in the iCM web app.  Simply click Add Mileage and document as required.
