Vehicle Quick Response (QR) Codes

Customers have the ability to create and use Vehicle Quick Response (QR) codes.  These codes can be inserted in or on the agency's vehicle to allow staff to quickly identify and record vehicle mileage in real time.

• In Fleet Management, Staff with permission can access the Vehicle tab.  From this location, without filtering, selecting the Badges icon will produce a badge for every vehicle.  Filtering to less vehicles will only produce the badges for the vehicles that appear after filtering.

• Using the iCM App, staff can use the icon in the Mileage log to pull up the vehicle to which they need to record mileage.
