CareTracker Documentation Extension

In order to edit the documentation after a service has been provided and charted, the "Document editing" is used under CareTracker time range settings.

Here's how it can be done:

1. Access CareTracker time range settings (Read : CareTracker Time range settings)
2. Toggle the "Document Editing" to turn it on. 
3. from the "Time After" drop down, select the desired hours and minutes that you wish to extend, and hit "Add"
4. Save the setting from the blue "save" button
5. These settings are permission based
