Vendors in Fleet Management

• Before proceeding, ensure your System Administrator has completed the required Settings. Settings
• The Vendors Tab is your electronic contact list for all companies that provide repairs and services to your vehicles.
• Vendors can be assessed in iCM from the main Dashboard, Vehicle and Equipment List tab.

Adding Vendors

1. Select the + Add Vendors icon.
2. From the pop up, use the Vendor Type drop down to pick the specific type of services the vendor provides.  Then input all additional information required and Save.

•  Saved Vendors will appear on the Vendors tab.  A filter is available to search by Name, Type, Street Address and City.
