Provider Management Overview
Managing providers is an important part of keeping track of important people in an individual's life. Providers in iCM may include physicians, case managers from another agency, therapists, and other types of providers. There are permissions to control who can add, edit and delete providers as well as who can associate and disassociate a provider.
There is a master list of providers in iCM so you can manage all of your providers in one place.
- We have introduced an enhancement in the Manage Provider module to allow staff to disconnect a Provider from a facility. This enables a quick ability to remove a Provider from multiple Individuals when that Provider retires or is no longer used by the organization.
- Rest assured that any existing data with the name of the Provider will be maintained.
- This enhancement is located in Admin Tools, Manage Provider but using the Disassociation and Delete options.
