How to associate a provider with an individual?

Managing providers is an important part of keeping track of important people in an individual's life. Providers in iCM may include physicians, case managers from another agency, therapists, and other types of providers. 

Here's how to associate a provider with an individual:

1. Go to the person's profile.
2. On the right there is a Provider section.
3. Click the green paperclip. This brings you to a list of providers that are already set up for your agency.
4. Search for the provider.
5. Click Associate to associate this provider with the individual.
6. Select the red arrow to show on Facesheet if you'd like.
