The transportation module in iCM allows you to manage your fleet of vehicles and keep track of important information about your staff drivers.
The transportation icon on the left navigation bar opens up your fleet of vehicles. Here you can track your vehicles as well as any accidents or repairs.
The driver tab in the staff profile allows you to track important information about a driver, such as what types of vehicles they are approved to drive, when they've passed their road test, and more. In addition, you can track driver violations. Each violation type has a custom points assignment and expiration date set by you, and you can always tell how many points a driver has.
The mileage log from the main dashboard allows your staff to record the mileage spent in their personal vehicle for reimbursement. There is an a agency setting where you can set your agency mileage reimbursement rate and the mileage form will add up the amount for the staff to be reimbursed for mileage or any other costs such as parking. There is a built in approval process in the mileage log so it can be submitted by one staff and approved by a supervisor.
