How to set violation types?

In the driver tab of a staff's profile, their violations can be tracked. Each agency can create custom violation types. Each violation type has a custom points assignment and expiration date set by you, and you can always tell how many points a driver has. 

Here's how to set up the violation types:

1. Go into any staff driver tab.
2. Click Violation Types.
3. Add violation types with their title and date of expiration.
