1. Enhancements
List Management
- Additional Lists Added to List Management
- The following lists can now be managed through List Management for centralized configuration:
- Manage Ethnicity Option (Individual Management)
- Individual Behavior Supports (Individual Management)
- Manage Relationships (Individual Management)
- Level of Supervision (Assessments)
Custom Forms
- Enable User Mentions in Custom Form Text Area
- Users can now @mention other users in Custom Form text fields to notify them directly.
- Mentioned users receive a notification with a link to the form, and mentions remain highlighted and clickable after save.
- Only active or suspended users within the organization can be mentioned, ensuring secure and relevant tagging.
Attendance
- Funding Stream: Require Start/End Time for Code-Based Attendance
- The Attendance Calendar has been enhanced with a new configuration setting that allows providers to capture Start and End Time for code-based funding streams optionally.
- A new checkbox labeled “Show Start and End Time Entry” is now available on the Funding Stream screen when "Code" is selected as the Attendance Entry Method.
- When enabled, the Attendance Calendar will display optional Start and End Time fields for attendance entries under that code-based funding stream.
- When disabled, Start and End Time fields will remain hidden.
- This setting has no impact on time-based attendance, which continues to require Start and End Time by default.
- This update provides greater flexibility to providers who wish to track service durations without enforcing strict time entry for code-based services.
- Validate Attendance & Generate Claims (For Customers Using 837P and 837i Billing)
-
Claims Management is now live, introducing a single, unified billing module for managing both 837P (Professional) and 837I (Institutional) claims.
-
This release replaces the legacy 837P and 837I billing views and provides a structured, end-to-end workflow across three stages: Draft, Ready, and Tracking. In the Draft stage, users can search attendance records using filters such as date range, program, funding stream, individual, payer, and claim type.
-
The system automatically validates attendance and billing requirements and highlights any missing or invalid data before claims are generated. In the Ready stage, users can review generated claims, verify all associated service detail logs, and submit claims.
-
Billing files are generated in the required format, including X12 for clearinghouses such as Waystar, as well as Excel or CSV formats for organizations using internal billing workflows.
-
In the Tracking stage, users can monitor submitted claims, maintain claim status visibility, and update claims to Billed once payment is received.
-
This update simplifies billing operations, improves accuracy through built-in validation, and provides clearer visibility across the full claims lifecycle.
-
- Allow users to enter alert time in days or hours for Bowel Movement
- Alert time settings of Bowel Movement now support input in either Days or Hours, with automatic bi-directional conversion between the fields.
- Capture and Display Status Change Reason
- Status change reasons are now visible in the Manage Status list view next to the pharmacy notified field.
Individual Management
- Role-Based Control for Assessments Tile Visibility
- A new toggle has been added under existing Assessment permissions to control the visibility of the Assessments tile on a per-role basis.
- When the toggle is enabled, the Assessments tile will be displayed for the selected role; when disabled, the tile will be hidden
Assessment
- Sort Documents by Column Selection
-
We’ve enhanced the Document Management experience by introducing sortable columns across all document list screens.
-
You can now sort documents by clicking any column header, such as Title, Type, Date, Uploaded By, etc.
-
Clicking a header again will toggle the sort between ascending and descending order.
-
A visual arrow indicator will show the current sort direction.
-
Sort indicators are dynamically updated — only the active column will display the icon.

2. Mobile Application
iCM often updates the Mobile App, sometimes as much as twice a week. Best practice would have mobile devices set to auto-update so these revisions are automatically installed. Staff may experience issues when new versions of the Mobile App are released but the device is not updating. If the above enhancements are for modules that exist on the Mobile App, please note that it may be a few days until they are published and available.
