1. Enhancements

Custom Forms

      1. "Markable Image" Control in Custom Forms
        • We’ve added a new Markable Image component to the Form Builder, allowing users to upload an image and place interactive markers on it. This control includes configurable settings to help teams create more dynamic and detailed forms.

Behavior Support Plan & Services

      1. Standardized Services Data & Graph Component for All Services
        • Our Services Data & Behavior Graph Component has been upgraded for reuse across multiple service modules, including Outcomes & Goals, Activities, and ADL/Supports. 
        • The component now dynamically loads service-specific data based on context, maintains consistent chart styling, and returns data along with HTML/CSS/chart stubs that work with all IronPDF templates. 
        • It also generates graph images for each behavior and supports flexible placement within service-specific templates, ensuring future extensibility with minimal backend effort.

CareTracker

      1. "Service Not Provided" List 
        • “Service Not Provided” reasons list is now fully manageable through List Management. 
        • Default reasons—Refused, Physically not able to, and Resident Absent are displayed as fixed system values and cannot be edited or deleted. 
        • Administrators can now add, edit, and archive their own custom reasons to better match agency needs. 
        • Additionally, any archived or deleted reasons will continue to appear in historical records for accuracy but will no longer show in future dropdown selections.

    2. Mobile Application

iCM often updates the Mobile App.  Sometimes as much as twice a week.  Best practice would have mobile devices set to auto update so these revisions are automatically installed.  Staff may experience issues when new versions of the Mobile App are released but the device is not updating.  If the above enhancements are for modules that exist on the Mobile App, please note that is may be a few days until they are published and available.
