1. Enhancements

List Management

      1. "Manage Race Option" in List Management
        •  The “Manage Race Option” list has been moved to the List Management, for centralized configuration.
        • All existing data and functionalities remain intact, ensuring smooth access and editing.

Water Temperature Logs

      1. Water Temperature Reporting
        • The new Water Temperature Reading Report is now available in the Reports section. 
        • Users can generate reports using filters such as Date Range, Program/Site, Temperature Reading, and Individual. 
        • It pulls real-time data from recorded readings and supports export to PDF or Excel. 
      2. Require Staff Signature for Form Completion
        • A new “Require Staff Signature” toggle has been added under Water Temperature Settings, allowing facilities to enforce eSignature requirements.
        • When enabled, staff without a saved signature will see a warning toaster and a prompt to set up their signature before submitting or editing Water Temperature Reading forms. 
        • A clickable message directs users to the eSignature setup page, and once a valid signature is saved, it is automatically attached to the form. 
        • The signature is displayed in both the record and print views. 
        • The system also ensures signature validation during edits by any staff member, with consistent messaging and UI behavior. 
        • Manual signature options have been removed for a simplified, streamlined workflow.

Plan of Correction

      1. POC Reference Acceptance and Rejection Enhancements
        • Users can now individually accept or reject POC references, log rejection reasons, and view them.
        • Rejected references automatically create editable copies for correction and resubmission to the state.
        • Includes visual badges against accepted and rejected references and print options for every version for improved workflow clarity.

Staff Management

      1. Password Reset Now Requires Change on Next Login
        • Any user who resets another user's password is now required to enforce a password change upon the user's next login.
        • This functionality is available on the web and now fully supported on mobile for consistent and secure credential management.

2. Mobile Application

iCM often updates the Mobile App.  Sometimes as much as twice a week.  Best practice would have mobile devices set to auto update so these revisions are automatically installed.  Staff may experience issues when new versions of the Mobile App are released but the device is not updating.  If the above enhancements are for modules that exist on the Mobile App, please note that is may be a few days until they are published and available.
