How to read the Attendance Codes

There are many codes in the iCM system and some are found in the Attendance feature. Here is a list of the common codes you will encounter. 

No Record Found-this means the funding and or funding limits have not been added or updated for this Individual. 

DC-this represents a Funding Stream that has been Discharged

PD-this represents funding that has a Pending Discharge status

PS-this represents funding that has a Pending Start status

FLS-this means there is a Funding Limit Split (old units/new units)

Absence Codes/Present Codes-you have the abiilty to configure these at the Funding Stream level (here is an example)
