1. Enhancements
- Cleanup of Redundant Alerts
- The following predefined alerts have been disabled in the Alert Manager:
- Missed Bowel Movement Entry,
- Missed Blood Pressure, Missed Weight Entry,
- and Missed Vital Signs.
- These have been replaced by the new, more flexible “Missing Service Delivery” alert, which allows users to configure alerts based on Service Type and Sub-Service selections.
- Existing alerts have been migrated accordingly and will continue to work as before. Additionally, the “BM Not Witnessed” alert will now function like the previous “No BM” alert.
- Historical alert logs remain available for auditing, but rules can no longer be edited.
Funding Stream
- The following predefined alerts have been disabled in the Alert Manager:
Alert Manager
-
Funding Stream Rate Changes on Any Date
- You can now update funding stream rates with any effective date, not just the 1st of the month. This allows for rate adjustments to align with real-world changes, such as census updates or program transitions.
Key Enhancements: - Effective date can now be any calendar day.
- Past-dated changes trigger re-evaluation of all open attendances.
- Rate updates can be applied across all linked individuals.
- You can now update funding stream rates with any effective date, not just the 1st of the month. This allows for rate adjustments to align with real-world changes, such as census updates or program transitions.
Staff Management
- Add Group Field in Staff Creation Form
- The "Add Staff" workflow now includes a dropdown for selecting one or more staff groups during staff member creation.
- Selected groups are immediately applied upon saving, and reflected in the Manage Group records without duplication.
- Only authorized users can assign groups, and all additions or removals are logged with timestamps and user details.
- Additionally, clicking the Staff Groups button now opens the group management screen in a new tab or window for easier navigation.
- Option to Notify Supervisor upon Password Change Request
- A new “Notify Supervisor” option is now available for the Password Change Request alert configuration.
- When selected, the system identifies the requesting staff member’s supervisor(s) based on existing staff-supervisor relationships and sends notifications directly to them.
- This option can be used alone or alongside role- and user-based alerts.
- Consolidated Staff Termination and Suspension Permissions
- The staff permissions have been streamlined by replacing separate “Reactivate” and “Suspend Staff” permissions with a unified “Terminate & Suspend Staff” permission.
- This consolidated setting includes options for No Access, View, Terminate, Reactivate, Suspend, and Reinstate. Users with No Access will no longer see Terminate or Suspend buttons/tabs, while those with View access can see staff status without taking action.
- Permissions are consistently enforced across both web and mobile platforms, and all existing roles have been automatically updated to align with the new unified permissions.
Individual Management
- Warning for Backdated Discharge Dates
- System now warns users with a warning pop-up when backdating discharge dates to ensure users are aware of data loss.
SnapTag
- Enable facility-level configuration to block approve/deny workflow for SnapTag posts
- A new facility-level setting is now available to enable or disable the approve/deny workflow for SnapTag posts.
- When disabled, posts bypass the review process and follow the previous submission flow.
- This update does not affect facilities already using the approval workflow, which remains enabled by default unless manually turned off.
Outreach
- Document Type Selection to "Outreach Document Added" Alert
- The “Outreach Document Added” alert configuration now includes a Document Type multi-select field, consistent with other document alerts.
- Now we can choose one or multiple document types from the list defined in ICM settings.
- Alerts will only trigger when documents of the selected type(s) are added.
- Existing outreach alerts without a specified document type remain fully functional and will apply to all document types by default, ensuring backward compatibility.
Care Tracker
- Clearer Service Compliance View
- We’ve improved the Monthly Compliance view for clarity and accuracy:
- Removed the “Not Completed” bar.
- All services now display (e.g., 0 / 33 if not provided).
- Pie chart reflects compliance data accurately.
- “As Needed” services are excluded from totals.
- Updated visuals applied across Services Data, PCP Review, BSP Review, and Reports.
- Removed the “Not Completed” bar.
- We’ve improved the Monthly Compliance view for clarity and accuracy:
- Alert for missing service delivery in Care Tracker
- A new “Service Type” dropdown has been added to the alert rule configuration, allowing users to select and search from all available Care Tracker services, including sub-services.
- Users can define specific service and sub-service combinations to monitor, set custom time windows, and configure multiple alert rules independently.
- Alerts are triggered when selected services are not documented within the defined timeframe for the targeted residents.
- The system supports detecting multiple missed services for the same individual and consolidates them into a single alert message, clearly listing each missed sub-service with its parent service for clarity (e.g., Target Behavior (Behavioral Support)).
Form Builder
- Added "Label" Control
- Added a new Label control to the Form Builder component library.
- Allows users to insert static text anywhere within a form for better context and clarity.
Announcements
- Announcement Form with "Multi-Files Attachment"
- The facilities announcement form has been updated. The previous Announcement Type selector and Styling field have been removed.
- A new Attachments control now supports uploading multiple files, including PDFs, Word, Excel, and JPG/PNG images, with validations for file type and size (5MB).
- Uploaded documents are linked to the announcement and accessible to the defined target audience. Staff can open or download attachments and are prompted to acknowledge announcements.
- Each acknowledgement is recorded with a timestamp, staff name, and reference, and admins can now access detailed reports showing which staff have acknowledged and which have not.
2. Mobile Application
iCM often updates the Mobile App. Sometimes as much as twice a week. Best practice would have mobile devices set to auto update so these revisions are automatically installed. Staff may experience issues when new versions of the Mobile App are released but the device is not updating. If the above enhancements are for modules that exist on the Mobile App, please note that is may be a few days until they are published and available.
