1. New Features

Individual Management

We are excited to announce the launch of the General Ledger module, now available to all customers. This powerful new feature allows users to record, manage, and track financial transactions for individuals directly within the eChart. A default “Checking Account” is created automatically, with full flexibility to manage multiple accounts from ICM settings.

The General Ledger provides:

  • A dedicated tile in the individual’s eChart for easy access
  • A detailed ledger screen to view, add, update, and delete transactions
  • Filtering options for quick navigation and reporting
  • Admins can set a default account type for general ledger entries in iCM settings.

With these capabilities, customers can now efficiently manage income, expenses, and balances across multiple accounts, ensuring greater accuracy and transparency in financial tracking.

2. Enhancements

      Training Management

      1. Linked PCP Training Checklist to PCP Training Workflow
        • We added support for linking PCP training checklists to specific PCP Document IDs.
        • Administrators and supervisors can now select a PCP document before generating a checklist, view it in a popup when marking staff as trained, and access past checklists through the history log.
        • Each PCP document can only have one checklist attached, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
      2. Added Optional Individual-Specific Training for Staff Not in Existing Policies
        • We introduced the ability to assign optional PCP/BSP/NCP/DME trainings tied to any individual and their documents.
        • Coordinators can now select individuals, training types, and related documents directly, with assignments showing under the individual’s training tab as Optional with due dates and status tracking.

Incident Reporting

      1. Restrict Standard Save Option in Incident Reports
        • System administrators can now enforce stricter data control by hiding the standard "Save" button in Incident Reports.
        • A new permission—“Hide default Save Option”—is available under Incident Report > Mark Incident Reports Private.
        • When enabled:
               i. The standard “Save” button is hidden.
ii. Only the “Save as Private” option is shown.
iii. Permission defaults to “No” for all roles to maintain the current behavior.

Individual Management

      1. “From” and “To”  Dates Optional in Resident Contact Address
        • Users can now save resident contact addresses without being required to enter “From Date" When they add address for the first time.
      2. Auto-fill Mailing Address When Checkbox is Selected
        • Mailing Address can now be auto-populated from the Home Address using a new checkbox option. Users can still edit Mailing Address fields regardless of checkbox selection.
      3. Updated Bowel Movement UI Across All Faculties
        • The bowel movement UI under Monitor & Baseline has been updated to match the new alert workflow to send an alert based on hours.
      4. Added Option to Mark and Display Preferred Pharmacy in Individual Profile
        • Users can now mark one pharmacy as “Preferred” in the individual profile. The selected pharmacy is clearly labeled, and updating preference dynamically replaces the previous selection.

3. Mobile Application

iCM often updates the Mobile App.  Sometimes as much as twice a week.  Best practice would have mobile devices set to auto update so these revisions are automatically installed.  Staff may experience issues when new versions of the Mobile App are released but the device is not updating.  If the above enhancements are for modules that exist on the Mobile App, please note that is may be a few days until they are published and available.
