- AI - Help Me Write
- We’ve introduced Help Me Write, a built-in writing assistant for composing messages.
- This tool helps you correct spelling, improve grammar, refine clarity, translate non-English text, and ensure a professional tone.
- You can refine suggestions multiple times, revert to your original text at any point, and you’ll be notified if the service is ever unavailable, so you always stay in control of your message.

2. Enhancements
- Approve/Deny SnapTag posts
- Standard user posts now require moderator approval before being published to the Snap Tag feed.
- Moderators can see the pending posts in their feed and can approve or deny them accordingly.
- Approved posts appear in the feed, while denied posts are not published.
- Role-based permissions for this workflow can be managed in the permission settings.
SnapTag
Program Management
- Staff Search in My Sites
- You can now search for staff by name in the My Sites module to quickly find which site or program they’re assigned to.
- Search results display the associated site(s) with a person icon and direct links for easy navigation.
- Partial name matching is supported, and results respect user access permissions for secure visibility.
Outreach
- Replicate Individual Psych Assessments to Outreach Section
- The "Psych Assessments" section is now available in the Outreach tab, mirroring the format used in the Individual Profile.
- Users can select and update assessments such as Agitation and Behavior Tracking directly within Outreach section.
- Saved assessments are retained and editable prior to admission, and all data remains consistent and seamlessly carries over to the Individual Profile upon admission.
Label Management
- Custom Label for Medical Assistance Number
- The Medical Assistance Number label can now be customized via the Label Management module.
- The Updated labels will display consistently across all screens and reports
Alerts
- Alerts for Individual Training Refusal
- You’ll now receive alerts when an individual refuses a training.
- These alerts include the resident’s details and training information, can send multiple reminders, and follow the same delivery options as staff training alerts.
- Alerts for Individual Training Due and Expiry
- Alerts trigger when trainings are due, expiring, or refused, with customizable time-based reminders and consistent delivery across email, text, and internal notifications.
- Timestamp under staff signature in Care Notes
- Care notes print view now displays last updated timestamp beneath the "Staff Signature" field.
Care Notes
- Staff Restriction from Individuals and Programs
- A new staff restriction feature has been introduced, allowing authorized users to block staff members from specific individuals, programs, or entire sites.
- Restrictions can only be applied after un-assigning the staff member, and the system prevents future assignments to restricted areas.
- A reason field is available when applying restrictions, and clear alerts are displayed if assignment attempts are made to restricted areas. Site-level restrictions apply across all related modules, while individual-level restrictions are limited to that person.
- An “Unblock” option is available for permitted users.
- The restrictions view shows the total count and supports filtering by individual or program, with a structure similar to the “Staff Assigned to Report” layout in iCM.
Staff Management
3. Mobile Application
iCM often updates the Mobile App. Sometimes as much as twice a week. Best practice would have mobile devices set to auto update so these revisions are automatically installed. Staff may experience issues when new versions of the Mobile App are released but the device is not updating. If the above enhancements are for modules that exist on the Mobile App, please note that is may be a few days until they are published and available.
