My Work

1. Multiple Users / Multiple Roles Enhancement
   • “Multiple Users” label has been enhanced to improve clarity and usability. It now appears as a clickable link that opens a right-side tray displaying all assigned staff names in a clear and readable format. 
   • Additionally, in the printed version of MyWork, the system will list the actual staff names instead of showing “Multiple Users/Roles.” 

List Management

1. Add to "Referred By" In List Management
   • The “Referred By” category is now available in the “List Management”. 
   • Users can manage this list in the List Management screen, with the ability to add, edit, or delete items. 

    PCP

     a. Show/Hide Non-PCP Services while generating PIP

• We added service category toggles and section checkboxes on the PIP popup. 
• Users can now select which services and content sections to include, and the system will generate the PIP and final printout based only on those selections.

    Permissions

1.  Add Permissions for Managing Pharmacies on Individual Profile
   • We added two new permissions : Associate Pharmacy and Disassociate Pharmacy. 
   • These permissions give administrators more control over who can assign or remove pharmacies from individual records, ensuring only authorized users can perform these actions.
      

                  Staff Management

                          a. Print Initial Violation Submission Note (Driver Tab/Violation)

• The "Comment" label in the violation report has been updated to "Note" for clarity. 
• This Note is now included in the printed version of the report and is formatted consistently with other printed comments. All existing report details, such as violation type, date, and points, remain unchanged.

  Program Management

a.  View Details for Archived Programs

• Archived Programs now include read-only tabs for Drills, Home Inspections, and Maintenance, displaying all previously recorded data using the familiar layout from active modules. 
• Each section includes a Print option that generates a clean, section-specific output featuring the Program Name, Section Title, and a timestamp of when the print was generated. 
• Editing or uploading content in archived sections is disabled to preserve data integrity.

               b. Archived Programs: Enable View & Print Access

• A new horizontal tab layout has been introduced in the main panel, featuring tabs for Dashboard, Documents, Property, Emergency, Inspections, and Drills. 
• Each tab displays relevant content—such as overview icons in Dashboard and organized folders with file viewers in Documents. 
• For archived programs, all data is strictly read-only to maintain historical accuracy, and users' navigation state is preserved when switching between tabs. 
• Actions that could alter archived content, like editing or uploads, are restricted. 
• Access to archived programs is controlled via a new permission setting with options for No Access or View.

              Attendance

                          a. Enable Time-Based Attendance Entry Without End Time

• Staff members can now record time-based attendance without entering an end time, allowing for more flexible and immediate service documentation.
• Users can save attendance entries with only a start time.
• Entries without an end time will display 0 units in the calendar.
• Users can later edit the record to add the end time.

2.Mobile Application

iCM often updates the Mobile App.  Sometimes as much as twice a week.  Best practice would have mobile devices set to auto update so these revisions are automatically installed.  Staff may experience issues when new versions of the Mobile App are released but the device is not updating.  If the above enhancements are for modules that exist on the Mobile App, please note that is may be a few days until they are published and available.
