We are pleased and excited to announce these Enhancements with iCM.

- Improved Service Log Screen
- We’ve enhanced the Service Log in Care Tracker for better usability. When you expand a service, it now shows a monthly calendar view so you can easily spot patterns.
- For days with multiple "as needed" services, you'll see a compact summary with a chevron to expand full details like service type, provider, date, and time.
- If there’s only one service, clicking on the provider’s initials opens a popup with complete service details, following the new design.
- Report on Funding Stream Utilization
- A new Funding Stream Utilization Report is now available under the Funding Stream section, allowing customers to monitor monthly unit consumption against allocated budgets.

Displays monthly allocations, consumption values, and total annual units and budget.

Includes filters for Individual Name, Program/Site, Funding Stream, and Date Range.

Supports Excel export for further analysis.

Funding Stream
- Individual Management
- Resident Photo Upload Now Requires Date & Shows on Face Sheet
- The system now displays the last updated date and time when resident profile pictures was uploaded also displaying on Face Sheet and individual reports.
- Program Information Now Includes Mailing Address Field
- We’ve added new address type "Mailing Address" separately from Home and Work addresses.
- The system now allows marking Mailing Address as same as Home or Work, and displays on the face sheet.

Added a new "Associate Provider" permission and renamed "Disassociate Physician" to "Disassociate Providers" to enable controlled assignment and unassignment of providers.

- Individual Name Added to Distance Log Entries
- A new “Individual Name” column has been added to both the Distance Log and Transportation Log tables.
- This column displays the full name of the individual linked to each entry and includes a search option for easy filtering.
- The “Individual Name” is also now included in the PDF and Print versions of the Distance Log report.
Fleet Management
- Alert Management
Alert on Specific Document Type Upload
- Administrators can now customize the “Document Uploaded” alert rule by selecting specific document types from a dropdown list in the alert configuration screen.
- The alert will trigger only when a document matching the selected types is uploaded for a resident or staff, allowing for more targeted notifications.
2.Mobile Application
iCM often updates the Mobile App. Sometimes as much as twice a week. Best practice would have mobile devices set to auto update so these revisions are automatically installed. Staff may experience issues when new versions of the Mobile App are released but the device is not updating. If the above enhancements are for modules that exist on the Mobile App, please note that is may be a few days until they are published and available.
