1. Enhancements
a. List Management
An "Archived" tab-button in added to the List Management. Items can be archived, restored, and deleted without affecting past records.
"Living Situation" list is now managed via List Management.
b. Plan of Correction
- Configure Due Date Calculation by Business or Calendar Days: We have added a setting to choose between business or calendar days for due date calculation. This applies across all POC timelines for accurate due date tracking.
c. Staff Management
- A new "Date of Hire" field has been added to the Add Staff form, allowing users to enter a valid date in (MM/DD/YYYY) format. This field is stored in the staff profile, displayed in the staff detail view, and can be edited later. The Date of Hire is now used in training and compliance tracking to calculate deadlines, and is also included in relevant exports and reports.
d. Label Management

Added support in Label Management to rename the “PIP” label system-wide. Updated label appears consistently across PCP UI, document headers, and print previews.
2.Mobile Application
iCM often updates the Mobile App. Sometimes as much as twice a week. Best practice would have mobile devices set to auto update so these revisions are automatically installed. Staff may experience issues when new versions of the Mobile App are released but the device is not updating. If the above enhancements are for modules that exist on the Mobile App, please note that is may be a few days until they are published and available.
