We’ve added a new List Management section under iCM Account Settings to give users more control over custom lists.

Access categorized lists via a grouped “Select List” dropdown.

View and manage list items with Custom and System Provided tabs.

Add new items with \+ Add Item \(Custom tab only\).

Edit/Delete items with warnings for downstream impact.

Use Show/Hide toggle to control visibility across the platform for system provided list.

1. New Features
List Management
Release Notes
- Release Notes in iCareManager
- We’ve added a new “Release Notes” option to the menu under username, giving quick access to recent updates.
- The latest 20 release notes are displayed in descending order. You can access older updates via a “More” link. Only published notes scheduled for the current date are shown, ensuring you see what’s relevant to you.
- Assigned New Location Alert with Staff Assignment Info
- The system now displays a line labeled “Staff Assigned New Location:” followed by the full name of the assigned staff member.
- It also shows the location name in the “Location Name” field, the assigning user in the “Assigned By:” field, and the assignment timestamp in the “Assigned On:” field.
- Added Employer Email Field to Employer Information Section
- We've added a new optional "Employer Email Address" field under the existing "Employer" field in the Employer Information tab.
- Users can now enter a valid email address, with real-time validation ensuring it includes an "@" symbol and a valid domain \(e.g., .com, .org\).
- Redesigned Employment Form with Structured Tabbed Interface

The employment form has been enhanced with a new tabbed layout, dividing it into four clear sections:
i. Job Information
ii. Employer Information
iii. Earnings
iv. and Safeguards. - Each tab displays context-specific fields and users can switch between tabs freely without losing entered data.

- Added Intermediate Care Facility to Living Situation

"Intermediate Care Facility" has been added as a selectable option in the Living Situation dropdown on the Individual Profile.

This option is also reflected in the Individual Report and the Outreach - Current Living Situation dropdown.

- On-Call Log Attachments
- On-call supervisors can now upload and view attachments in On-Call Log entries, helping capture important context or supporting documents directly in the log.

3.Mobile Application
iCM often updates the Mobile App. Sometimes as much as twice a week. Best practice would have mobile devices set to auto update so these revisions are automatically installed. Staff may experience issues when new versions of the Mobile App are released but the device is not updating. If the above enhancements are for modules that exist on the Mobile App, please note that is may be a few days until they are published and available.
