How to use the Wound Assessment
We offer a feature that allows nurses or other skilled professionals to document the various stages of a wound. Wound monitoring and care is highly critical for the individuals supported. In this feature we offer you the ability to attach a folder so that you can also attach images of the wounds as well as any other critical information.
