We are pleased and excited to announce these New Features and Enhancements with iCM.

Enhancements

Alert Manager

1. Search and Manage Alerts in the Alert Manager
   • Users can now search and filter alert triggers in the Events section using keywords. Results are shown based on selected categories or across all, with access to create or manage alert rules.

Behavior Support Plan

1. Intervention Section in the BSP & Services 
   • A new Interventions section is now available in the BSP and in Services
   • Staff can add and manage intervention services directly within this tab. Best practice would be to add these when creating the BSP. 
   • All added interventions are also visible in CareTracker for streamlined tracking.
   • This new section is also part of the BSP Print Settings feature

Wound Assessment 

1. Enabled Document Uploads in Wound Assessment via Document Management Integration
   • In this release, we’ve introduced document upload functionality within the Wound Assessment module.
   • Users can now upload and manage documents directly within the Wound Assessment screen.
   • A new Document section allows for attaching images, treatment notes, or related medical files.

Mobile App
iCM often updates the Mobile App.  Sometimes as much as twice a week.  Best practice would have mobile devices set to auto update so these revisions are automatically installed.  Staff may experience issues when new versions of the Mobile App are released but the device is not updating.  If the above enhancements are for modules that exist on the Mobile App, please note that is may be a few days until they are published and available
