New Features

Training Management

Track Individual Training

• Dedicated view and profile tab to manage trainings by location.
• Track completions, refusals, due dates, and alerts.
• Supports signatures and training material uploads.

Enhancements

1. Fleet Management
   1. Program-Based Access Control for Vehicle & Equipment Logs
      • Access to the following logs is now restricted based on staff program assignments:
      • Transportation Log
      • Fleet Distance Log
      • Vehicle → Distance Log (Individual)
      • Vehicle → Accident/Incident (Individual)
      • General Accident/Incident (Individual)
        
        Staff will only see individuals assigned to their programs, ensuring privacy and accountability. 
   2. Fleet Procurement Labeling 
      
      • Vehicle prices now appear in currency format with two decimal places (e.g., $25,000.00).
      • APR field clearly labeled with “%” (e.g., "7%").
      • Financing and Leasing Company fields updated with clear labels in both edit and view modes.
2. Behavior Support Plan
   1. Print Behavior Support Plan (BSP)
      
      • Consistent font styling and rich-text formatting are now preserved.
      • Empty fields and extra borders are removed for a cleaner layout.
      • Copy/paste fonts are auto-cleaned or matched to system defaults.
3. Staff Management
   1. Implement Password Policy Settings Screen with Effective Date
      • A new Password Policy Settings screen has been added in Web App 2, providing a clear and user-friendly way to manage password expiration policies.  
      • New Password Policy Settings screen is accessible from  ICM Settings → Password Policy. 
      • A new date field labeled as "Starting Date” was added to the screen.   
      • Password expiry is calculated based on the Starting Date and expiry threshold:  
        
        i. Passwords changed within the threshold will expire X days from the last change.
        ii. Passwords unchanged within the threshold(e.g., 30 days\) will expire immediately.  
4. Label Management     
   1. Enhanced Custom Labeling Across Module
      • System administrators can now define custom labels and abbreviations for the Nursing Plan and Care Tracker modules under Label Management > ICM Settings.
      • Case # and External ID fields are now customizable through Label Management and included in the Individual Report, displayed with the customer's custom labels.
      • Facilities can re-label the On Call Log module to their preferred terminology.

Custom labels are applied across UI views, prints, and reports, with the default label as a fallback if no custom label is set.

Mobile App
• iCM often updates the Mobile App.  Sometimes as much as twice a week.  Best practice would have mobile devices set to auto update so these revisions are automatically installed.  Staff may experience issues when new versions of the Mobile App are released but the device is not updating.  If the above enhancements are for modules that exist on the Mobile App, please note that is may be a few days until they are published and available.
