New Features
Custom Durable Medical Equipment (DME) & Assistive Technology (AT) Configuration Screen
- A dedicated screen is now available for customers to manage DME (Durable Medical Equipment) and AT (Assistive Technology) items.
- Customers can add and edit their own custom DME/AT entries without backend assistance.
- System-defined items will remain locked to ensure data integrity & Customer-added items will automatically appear in all relevant dropdowns and selection screens across the system.
Manage Custom Dropdowns for Relationship in Contact Forms
- Manage Relationship options under Individual Settings → ICM Settings.
- Add, edit, or remove Relationship types \(e.g., FHP, Case Manager, Professional Guardian\).
- Updated options reflected in the Individual Profile and Outreach contact forms.
- Previously selected values remain visible in existing records, even if removed from
Additional fields in Contact Form and Report
- New Contact Form design with fields for Automated Notifications, Legal Options \(Durable POA, Guardian Advocate, Guardian Ad Litem\), and Rep Payee.
- Added Creole Haitian and Nepalese to the Primary Language dropdown.
- New columns in the Contact Mailing List Report: Emergency Contact, Primary Contact, Relationship Type, Visible on Facesheet, Authorized to Receive PHI, Receive Automated Notifications.
- Added filters: Emergency Contact, Primary Contact, Involved in Care, Relationship Type.
Enhancements
- Alerts
- Alerts on Form Completion and Task Completion
- Alerts are now triggered when a form-linked task is completed and marked as done.
- Each alert contains the task name, form name, user who completed it, and the completion timestamp.

- Appointments/PMOF
- Increase character limit in Appointment
- Users can now enter up to 10,000 characters for Reason for Visit and Comments.
- Extended text is fully displayed in the Appointment Report.
- While rescheduling, the same character limit applies to updates in Reason for Visit and Instructions. If the text exceeds 3 lines, a "See More" link will appear.
- A scroll bar will be enabled after 5 lines for easier navigation through long entries.

- Form Completion Control
- While assigning a form to a task, users can now specify whether completing the form is mandatory or not.
- Tasks cannot be marked as done until mandatory forms are completed and submitted.

Mobile App
- iCM often updates the Mobile App. Sometimes as much as twice a week. Best practice would have mobile devices set to auto update so these revisions are automatically installed. Staff may experience issues when new versions of the Mobile App are released but the device is not updating. If the above enhancements are for modules that exist on the Mobile App, please note that is may be a few days until they are published and available.
