How to attach a Custom Form in My Work
In our My Work feature we now give you the option to attach a custom form from our Form Builder feature. This allows staff to then select the form to complete while completing My Work tasks. This gives customers the ability to customize the tasks for staff and build checklists for work completion. Please watch this video on how to attach a custom form in My Work.
