Release Notes 3/14/2025 - 3/27/2025

We are pleased and excited to announce these New Features and Enhancements with iCM.

New Features

Form Builder Cloning
  • With this improvement, staff can now easily duplicate existing custom forms, whether they are in draft or published status. Duplicated Forms will appear under the Draft Forms section and the title, if not changed will appear as (Form Name) - Copy.  
  • This enhancement will save valuable time when creating similar forms & eliminates the need to manually recreate a published form for a small change.
  • Attempting to save the form under an existing title will be prevented to ensure form security.

MyWork
  • In this release, we have introduced the Integration of Form Builders with Tasks in My Work.  
  • Users can now connect Custom Forms with tasks in My Work during task creation.
  • Role-based permissions ensure only authorized staff can access and complete the attached forms.
  • A green checkbox indicator has been added to show when the Custom Form has been accessed and Submitted.
  • The completed form's information will appear in the Custom Forms tab.

CareTracker
  • In this release, we have introduced a Comprehensive CareTracker Service Change History.  
  • The CareTracker History lists all changes made to services, including original and edited details, the user who made the change, and the date/time stamp.
  • The CareTracker History is printable and available to authorized users, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Enhancements

PCP Review General Comments
  • Customers can now add and retain General Summary Notes when generating PCP Reviews, ensuring important contextual information remains accessible.
  • This field is available when generating a PCP Review and has the capacity to support up to 5000 characters.
  • When Printed these Notes will appear as the first section in the PCP Review.

Training
Multiple Trainer Signatures requirement
  • Customers can now require multiple Trainer Signatures for trainings when documenting that training in the Staff's Profile.
    • To access this feature customers should navigate to the Training Policies tab in Training Management where a new field has been added to control this function. 
      • The "Requires trainer signature All or Any" now displays in the Training Policy, Basic Information Area.  
        • The default is set to Any.
      • Customers using multiple trainers for a training and with the need to capture all trainer signatures can change this setting to All.
  • When documenting Training completion in a Staff's Profile, customers will find the ability to assign the multiple trainers and capture those signatures as part of the training documentation.
Attach Quizzes with Class in Training
  • The system now includes the ability for trainers to attach quizzes to classes, topics, or class days, ensuring trainees must pass before being marked as trained.

Mobile App
  • iCM often updates the Mobile App.  Sometimes as much as twice a week.  Best practice would have mobile devices set to auto update so these revisions are automatically installed.  Staff may experience issues when new versions of the Mobile App are released but the device is not updating.  If the above enhancements are for modules that exist on the Mobile App, please note that is may be a few days until they are published and available.
