How to configure Unsupervised Time options
A very important aspect of working with individuals on a daily basis is knowing their required level of supervision. We offer a feature that allows you to set these levels of supervision in a feature called Unsupervised Time. This key information shows on many documents and in many areas of the system.
Customers will now find the ability to custom manage the terms to further define the type of oversight that may be required as part of the Individual's Unsupervised Time. This is found in iCM-Settings, Level of Supervision Setting. Here customers will find the current terms with the ability to add and delete forming a custom list that more adequately meets the needs of each customer in alignment with their practices.
