Release Notes 1/3/2025 - 1/16/2025

We are pleased and excited to announce these New Features and Enhancements with iCM.

New Features

BIRT PCP Compliance OverDueTasks Report

  • This report in BIRT has been enhanced to help communicate what PCP Template Tasks are Over Due and what Staff are assigned to complete them.
    • Over Due is defined as, the task has not been marked as completed by the required deadline.
    • As PCP Template Tasks can be assigned to no Staff, one or more Staff, the report will display assignment by the following:
      • None = no Staff was assigned to this task
      • Staff Name "GregoryFranklin" = this is the only Staff that was assigned to this task
      • Various = multiple Staff were assigned to this task

Water Temperature Readings Alert
  • This release introduces a new Water Temperature Warning alert to the Alert Manager. The system now provides notifications when water temperatures are outside the acceptable range, based on customizable high and low thresholds.
    • Users can configure notifications for specific Roles and Users and enable alerts for high, low or both temperature readings.
    • The workflow is also disabled from engaging when staff have selected the "All Individual(s) at this site are able to self-regulate their water temperature" option when recording temperature readings.
    • Water Temperature reading values must first be recorded in Admin Tools, iCM-Settings, Water Temperature Settings.

Incident Reporting for Indiana
  • Indiana Incident Reporting - Indiana customers' use of the Incident Reporting module in the mobile app now mirrors all required fields, terms and validations from the web app, ensuring seamless IR reporting and classification across both platforms.

Enhancements

Maintenance Requests
  • The Maintenance Request Logs in iCM now track key actions of when emails are sent to vendors, who added, deleted, or downloaded attachments, and any changes made to scheduled dates or delay reasons.

Service Note
  • This release ensured improved documentation consistency in CareTracker.  All service readings, including vitals, weight, seizure activity, and other baseline measurements, now display on the Service Note display and when Printed. These updates ensure alignment with the Service Note Report, providing accurate and consistent documentation across the reports.

Housekeeping

  • CareTracker tasks using the Complex Frequency scheduling options no longer calculate towards compliance.  iCM will provide a future enhancement that targets the ability to monitor these complex schedule's compliance independently.

Unsupervised time
  • The Facesheet now has the capability to Print/Fax the Unsupervised Time Assessment information.
    • This information can be entered in the Individual Assessment module, Unsupervised Time tab.
    • This information can be pre-selected to Print/Fax in Admin Tools, iCM-Settings, Facesheet Settings.
    • As this is a new feature, the addition of this information is toggled off and System Admins should adjust accordingly.

837i/p Funding Streams
  • iCM has moved some of the 837p Funding Stream fields from the Attendance Rules to the FS Details tab to better align the information.  These fields are more related to the Details as opposed to the Rules.
    • The following validations were also updated
      • If a Funding Stream is attached to a resident, its unit type or rule versions cannot be updated.
      • Funding stream Type cannot be changed if linked to existing rules.
      • Adding a new Funding Stream Rule in the Attendance Rules area is only available if the current Rule is already attached to an Individual.  If the Funding Stream is not attached the system hides the "Add new Rule" feature.
    • These updates are in place to enhance data integrity and streamline funding stream management.

Mobile App
  • iCM often updates the Mobile App.  Sometimes as much as twice a week.  Best practice would have mobile devices set to auto update so these revisions are automatically installed.  Staff may experience issues when new versions of the Mobile App are released but the device is not updating.  If the above enhancements are for modules that exist on the Mobile App, please note that is may be a few days until they are published and available.
