Release Notes 12/20/2024 - 1/2/2025


We are pleased and excited to announce these New Features and Enhancements with iCM.

New Features

Login Screen
  • The login screen for iCM has been updated to a new format allowing for faster login as well as a new informative area noting features and new enhancements in iCM.
Alert Report
  • An “Alert Report” has been added, offering detailed insight into Current (Read/Unread) and Closed (Read/Unread) alerts for staff.  
  • Filters are available to drill down on Employee, Role, and Supervisor, providing actionable data to address alert fatigue and staff performance. 
  • Access is controlled through role-based permissions and as this is a new report, the permission default has been set to No Access.

Enhancements

Monitors & Baselines
  • This release introduces the ability to configure Oxygen (O2) levels in the Monitors and Baselines section of the Individual’s profile, just like other vitals. 
  • Users can set a normal range (default: 95%-100%), with alerts generated for out-of-range readings. 
  • O2 values are recorded in the e-Chart and CareTracker, with warnings displayed for abnormal readings. 
  • These updates are displayed in the Service Note (Report) and Monthly Report.


Diet/Nutrition/Eating

  • This release adds a new checkbox for, "Nothing By Mouth (NPO)".  
  • This selection can be found and utilized from both the Individual Profile->Medical Info and from the eChart->Individual Assessment. 
  • Selections appears alphabetically alongside other options and displays in the following areas and documents: INE, Facesheet, eMAR and PCP Training Checklist.

 Alert: Staff Insurance Expiring
  • This update introduces a new workflow, “Driver Vehicle Insurance Expiring”.  
  • Located in Alerts->Fleet Management, this alert can be configured to notify staff of upcoming or past insurance expirations.  
  • Notifications will appear in MyWork's Alert tab as: “The following Staff’s insurance will expire in (X) days”  or “The following Staff’s insurance expired (X) days ago.”

Services Duration
  • This release introduces an "Anytime of the Day" checkbox in the "When & How Often" section of the Service time selection. 
  • Selecting the checkbox automatically sets the time range to 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM. 
  • Users can save or adjust these times manually, with the system handling updates seamlessly.

Housekeeping
  • Additional updates have been made to the Password Change pop over to help alert staff to password requirements.
