Release Notes 11/21/2024 - 12/5/2024
We are pleased and excited to announce these New Features and Enhancements with iCM.
New Features
BIRT: New Data Column
- BIRT's Attendance Notes tab now includes a column for the following Status Changes identifying the name of the Staff that performed the functions of: Updated, Marked Done, Marked Reviewed, Marked Approved, Mark Billed.
Enhancements
CareTracker: Seizure documentation
- In this release, iCM introduces a new field to specifically enable the capture of the 'Length of Seizure' in the CareTracker module, enabling staff to record a seizure's durations in minutes and seconds.
- This additional field will auto populate for any current and future use of the Seizure Record created from Monitors & Baselines.
- This field is now integrated into the following various reports:
- Care Tracker Logs
- Service Note Report
- Monthly Report (Individual Services Report)
- Seizure log
Incident Reporting
- The Incident Report module has received an enhancement that enables customers to print each version of an Incident Report saved throughout the IR process.
- Additionally, new permissions have been introduced to provide granular control over Incident Reporting logs.
- Enabling Access to the View History Log now opens up the availability for for the following child permissions:
- View History Log Version
- Print Versions List
- Print Versions
- If a Role currently had the View History Log permission set to Yes, then the other child permissions are defaulting to Yes.
- System Admins should review and make any necessary adjustments.
- Enabling Access to the View History Log now opens up the availability for for the following child permissions:
Delegating Nurse Review
- The following enhancements have been made for this feature
- Customer will now find the ability to relabeled this Review from iCM-Settings ->Label Management
- Staff can sign or have their eSignature pulled to the document
- The View and Print version of the Review has been updated to reflect the Created or Created and Signed Date/Time stamp.
- When signed, the Review displays the Staff's Title and Credentials.
Training Management
- Training Log Printing
- Customers will now find the option to display any Quiz Status and Quiz Scores as part of the Staff's Training Log.
- This can be accomplished from both the Training Module as well as the Staff's Profile->Trainings tab.
- Class Closing
- Trainers will now find the ability to add their signature when using the bulk Mark Trained option in preparation to closing a class.
- Training Sign In/Out Sheet
- This form will now display the email addresses of the Trainees, as long as an email address is on record in the Staff's Profile.
- Quiz Attempts
- Customers will now find the system maintaining a history of all previous quiz attempts.
- These attempts can be viewed by selecting the eye icon in that Training's History Log.
- iCM also now blocks a Staff's ability to retake a quiz once that quiz has been passed.
Contacts: Individual Profile / Outreach
- When adding an Individual's Contact in the Individual Profile area and the Outreach module, customers can now capture the Primary Language of the new Contact to help communicate the Contact's preferred language for effective communication.
- Both the Outreach Contacts Mailing Report and the Contact Mailing List both found in Reports have this new column to display the information.
Assessments
- Located in the Individual's eChart -> Individual Assessments, the Unsupervised Time Assessment has received the following enhancements:
- The ability to record multiple levels of supervision with comments and time.
- Entries are now displayed in a tabular format with options to add, edit, and delete records via a popup form.
- A complete history of changes is maintained for transparency.
Individual Profile: Level of Care
- This release introduces a new field titled "Score" in the Level of Care assessment, allowing customers to input additional Scores, rating or other information up to 50 characters as well as the ability to attach supporting documents.
- The Score field’s label is customizable in Label Management found in iCM-Settings.
- iCM will maintain a historical log of any entry and updates.
- The Score is reflected on the Facesheet, Person Plan Training Checklist, and Level of Care Report.
Emergency Protocol Module
- The Emergency Protocol Module has been upgraded with several new features, including:
- A Protocol Title field
- Document upload capabilities
- A designated area for the Physician Signature
- Updated form and print layouts,
- Improved signature functionality.
- These enhancements aim to streamline protocol management and ensure that all necessary information is efficiently captured.
House Keeping
- Staff Listing Report: an additional column indicating staff's NexMar access was added to this report. The column is displayed to the right after the Mobile Access column and will display blank if no access has ever been granted, No if No Access and Yes is access has been enabled.
Mobile App
- iCM often updates the Mobile App. Sometimes as much as twice a week. Best practice would have mobile devices set to auto update so these revisions are automatically installed. Staff may experience issues when new versions of the Mobile App are released but the device is not updating. If the above enhancements are for modules that exist on the Mobile App, please note that is may be a few days until they are published and available.
