Release Notes 8/16/2024 - 8/29/2024

We are pleased and excited to announce these New Features and Enhancements with iCM.

New Features

Incident Reporting

The Incident Reporting module now includes the display and filtering capacity of the iCM generated Incident Reports ID. The Incident Report ID also displays in Reports->Incident Report. This enhancement assists customers with tracking and identifying reports by an ID as an Individual could have multiple reports entered on the same day.

Enhancements

Individual Funding Stream Report

In this report the Rate column has been updated to display the Individual's Current Rate assigned to the Individual in that Funding Stream.

Funding Stream Overlap Alert

The Funding Stream Overlap alert has been enhanced to include the ability for the customer to have the notification sent to the staff that documented the overlap and the Supervisor(s) of the staff that documented the overlap. This will help provide timely notification to the staff and information and oversight ability to the supervisor.

Individual Assessments

New fields have been added in the following areas of the Individual Assessment tab:
- Communication: now includes
  - Gestures and Sign Language
  - “How does the individual communicate wants and needs?”
- Pain: includes a new field to capture, "How does the individual respond to pain?"
- Safety: includes,
  - “Can the individual explain medical information to medical professionals?”
  - “Can the individual apply simple first aid or identify their need for first aid?”

Permissions

iCM has made updates in Permissions. These updates ensure better control over Role access to sensitive data
- ->Individuals tab.
  - Income and Resources: No Access, View, Edit with a default of View
  - Assets: No Access, View, Add, Edit, Delete with a default of View.
- ->Monitors & Baselines
  - Immunization Record: No Access, View, Add with a default of View
  - Immunization Logs: No Access, View, Edit, Delete with a default of View
  - Immunization Attachments: No Access, View, Upload, Delete with a default of View
System Admins should review and adjust accordingly.

DME addition

Throughout iCM customers have the ability to incorporate DMEs (Durable Medical Equipment) into services and supports. The most recent addition includes: Positioning Bed Pad.

Fleet Management

Customers using Fleet Management will now find the ability to preview any uploaded pictures by clicking directly on the picture. Customers will the appropriate permission setting with also find a Download icon with the ability to download the picture.

Vehicle Checklist on the Mobile App

Customers that are using the stock Vehicle Checklist statement and those that have customized their Checklist will find this list now appearing in the Mobile App. Drivers now have the ability to enter all required checks live as they are completing their transportation requirements.

Mobile App

iCM often updates the Mobile App. Sometimes as much as twice a week. Best practice would have mobile devices set to auto update so these revisions are automatically installed. Staff may experience issues when new versions of the Mobile App are released but the device is not updating. If the above enhancements are for modules that exist on the Mobile App, please note that is may be a few days until they are published and available.
