Release Notes 8/2/2024 - 8/15/2024

 We are pleased and excited to announce these New Features and Enhancements with iCM.

New Features


Generating a Behavior Support Plan
  • Customers are now able to Generate and save the BSP in their system.  This can be completed during any stage of the BSP and can include some or all of the Programs in which the BSP was created. 
    • A permission governs this new enhancement which is found in Clinical Service and allows for No Access, View, Add, Edit and Delete.  
    • As this is a new feature the current permission has been set to No Access.  
    • System Admins should adjust accordingly.
Person Centered Plans - Multiple Current PCPs
  • Customers can now create PCPs that are program specific.  This feature is toggled on in iCM-Settings-PCP Settings.  
    • Currently defaulted to Off, when toggled on, customers will find the ability to create multiple current Person Centered Plans that can be single or multiple program specific.  
    • Each PCP will have it's own ID, and Training requirements.    
    • Depending on the customer's choice for single or multiple PCPs, the PCP review will only provided the Program's data for which the PCP was created.  
    • Customers creating draft PCPs that do not contain all the previous Programs of the current PCP will find a pop over warning explaining this difference and what effects continued direction will bring.  
    • It will be imperative to have a full understanding of this new feature, determine the best course of action moving forward for your organization and if enacted, train those staff that are creating the PCPs to move forward effectively.  

Clinical Contact Note
  • Customers using the Clinical Contact feature in iCM now have the ability to select multiple Funding Streams / CPT Codes and have that data push to the Attendance for billing.  
    • When toggling on the "is billable?" tab, customers will see a drop down of all Funding Streams currently associated with the Individual at the location of services selected.  
    • Customers are able to push time based, milestone, monthly stipend and money based data directly to the Attendance calendar.

Enhancements

eMAR
  • Customers using the Pack Medication feature will now find the system requesting both a Reason & a Result.  Data entered into these fields will  display on the back of the generated eMAR to provide more detailed information as to the disposition of the medications for that date and time.

Behavior Support Plan

  • Customers will now notice additional character availability for many areas in the BSP as well as a counter to indicate how many characters have been used and remained.  This enhancement enables customers to provide more details and information in the BSP to inform and educate Individuals, Staff and other shareholders regarding the BSP services provided.

Mobile App

  • iCM often updates the Mobile App.  Sometimes as much as twice a week.  Best practice would have mobile devices set to auto update so these revisions are automatically installed.  Staff may experience issues when new versions of the Mobile App are released but the device is not updating.  If the above enhancements are for modules that exist on the Mobile App, please note that is may be a few days until they are published and available.
