How to require and request staff training signatures
In our Training Management feature we give you the ability to require signatures for training. You can set this requirement for the trainer and the trainee to sign. This requirement is found in the Training Policy. Once you have this configured in the policy you may find that staff are not with you when marking them trained. We have a feature that will allow you to request the staff's signature. This will send the staff a notification and they can go in and sign off. Take a look at this quick video on how this works.
