iCareManager’s enhanced reporting module, called BIRT, is a simple yet powerful reporting and analytics tool that give you direct access to build reports, run queries, and visualize your data.

Here's how it works:

1. When you first login, you will see your data tables. 
2. You can run queries on your data by asking “questions,” and filter the data based on what you need to know. 
3. You can save your “questions” or queries onto a dashboard to keep an eye on the data, share with other BIRT users or keep it on your own dashboard. 
4. You can summarize, filter, and visualize your data in multiple formats.
