How to configure and manage staff job titles

In the iCM system your staff are assigned to roles. These roles are connected to the permissions that allow staff to perform their work in the system. These roles are often different than the staff's job title or you may have many staff in a role (Director) but they are directors for different departments or programs. We have a way for you to configure your job titles in the system. Once you have configured your list of job titles you are then able to add those job titles to the staff's profile.
