How to complete all 5 Steps on an Incident Report

We offer a robust feature for tracking incidents that may occur and then all the follow up that may follow. Depending on the nature of the occurrence you may find yourself completing a short or long process of investigation. In this article you will find many videos. We have broken this down by the various steps.  We have also included some videos on the Settings and configurations that are available. It is important to keep in mind that there are many permissions that control access to this feature and the many functions. In these videos we provide a demonstration at the highest level to show all features available. If you find that you are blocked as some point please make sure to reach out to your agency System Administrator so that they can discuss a change in your permissions. We are certainly able to provide guidance here at the help desk but we are unable to make any adjustments to permissions for you.
