How to Upload a PMOF
In our system we offer the ability to generate a PMOF (physician medication order form). You may also know this as a physician order sheet. Whether you use our form or a form that you get from a provider we have a way for you to upload those into the system for proper storage and future use. Here you will see 2 places you can upload these documents.
In the eChart you can upload a signed order sheet into Appointments or the PMOF feature. Please watch the video below.
