Release Notes 4/26/2024 - 5/9/2024

We are pleased and excited to announce these New Features and Enhances with iCM.

New Features

HELP!!!

  • Help is now closer than ever before.  Customers will now find a link to the help site directly on the top portion of the dashboard near their name.

On Call Log
  • Customers now have the ability to use a custom listing for both Type and Sub Types for documenting calls.
  • This setting is available in iCM-Settings->On Cal Log Settings.  This feature will work with the current Filters of Type and Sub Type to quickly access needed information.

PCP

  • As an Individual may have Outcome Goals and Strategies (OGS\) that are very similar from one program to the next, customers are provided with a copy feature in the Draft PCP that will enable an OGS from one Program to be copied to another.  As some data is Program specific, iCM will apply all possible and relevant OGS data in the new Program and provide warnings when some data may not be applicable to apply.  This feature will reduce the timeframe required for building the draft PCP when similar OGSs can be used across programs.
  • This copy feature can be completed at the:
    • Outcome level, which will include any Goals and Strategies that exist under the Outcome.
    • Goal level, which will include any Strategies that exist under the Goal.
    • Strategy level, which will only include that Strategy.
  • As Goals require an Outcome, and Strategies require both an Outcome and Goal the system will help guide the user as to where the copy may be applied.

Enhancements

eMAR
  • MAR Printing
    • Customers generating an MAR from either the Grand eMAR or the Individual's eChart will find a new option to select how the MAR is produced.  This includes Printing the Routine/PRN or Printing the Routine/Treatment/PRN.  With the second option of Routine/Treatment/PRN, each type will appear on it's own page with a matching heading.
  • Custom Instruction Images
    • Customers adding Custom Instructions to their Medications will now be able to add images to this area.  These images will appear in the pop up form in the eMAR, when staff selects the Custom Instructions tab.  Images can assist staff with increased information regarding the administration and special instructions for the medication.

Fleet Management
  • Vehicle Inspection
    • In Fleet's Basic vehicle Information the Vehicle Inspection area has been expanded to capture both DOT and non DOT vehicles. A fields is available to capture any specific inspection identification as well as date due and completed fields.  This will help track vehicle requirements to organize needed maintenance, reduce downtime and increase vehicle safety.
  • Maintenance/Repair Costs
    • Fleet's Maintenance/Repair now included expanded fields for documenting expenses.  Customers will now find fields for Parts, Labor, Misc and an automated total.  This information will also pull into the Report to help determine vehicle operating costs and viability.
  • Purpose of the Trip
    • The Purpose of the Trip field in both the "Personal" and Fleet Distance Log can now be a required field.  Located in iCM-Settings->Transportation Settings, customers can toggle on the requirement.
  • Documents
    • In Fleet Management, an enhancement now prevents the ability for a staff to save a document without a Type assigned.

Clinical Contact Note
  • Viewing and generating a CCN now produces a document that follows the paragraph layout of the information entered.

Virtual Signature via e-doc link

  • In this update, we have made it easier for trainers and trainees to sign off on training within the training management section. Now, if someone forgets to sign their training, there's a seamless way to request this action. When a Trainer is marking a training as complete, Trainers can now request signatures via email. Just click the 'Request Signature' button, and an in system alert and email will be sent to the Trainee.  Once they've signed the training, they'll receive a confirmation alert via email and within the system.

Mobile App

  • iCM often updates the Mobile App.  Sometimes as much as twice a week.  Best practice would have mobile devices set to auto update so these revisions are automatically installed.  Staff may experience issues when new versions of the Mobile App are released but the device is not updating.
    • Coming Soon: When using the mobile app, customers will be able to also select the Funding Stream for the Individual.  This will enable the Individual specific information to display on the Service Note when those settings are toggled on.
